Early life and career of Bruce Lee 

Bruce Lee was born on November 27, 1940, in San Francisco, California to father Lee Hoi Chuen and mother Grace Ho. Bruce Lee's father Lee Hoi Chuen was an Opera Singer in Hong Kong and had a total of 4 children, including Bruce Lee.

Bruce Lee lived in Hong Kong since childhood and was a capable actor who later moved to the US where he taught martial arts. He also acted in television, some of his best-known films and TV serials are The Green Hornet (1966–67), Chinese Connection and Fists of Fury. He died at the age of 32 on July 20, 1973, only after his film Enter the Dragon.

He was named by the nurse at the hospital where he was born, but his parents did not use this name in his early school. Bruce acted in the first film in his life at the age of 3 months in 1941, named Golden Gate Girl.

By the beginning of 1946, Bruce Lee appeared as a child artist in a total of 20 films. He also taught dance in his life and won the Cha-Cha Competition of Hong Kong as well as he is known for his poems.



When Bruce Lee was a teenager, British boys used to taunt him because he was Chinese. He later underwent a full education of kufu under the tutelage of Kungfu master Yip Man in 1953 and later moved to his family in Seattle, Wasington, USA. There she served as a dance instructor.

Bruce Lee completed his high school education at Edison, University of Washington. He also got a job in which he used to teach the Wing Chun style of martial arts learned in Hong Kong. It was during this that he met Linda Emery, whom Lee married in 1964, and then opened his own martial arts school in Seattle.

Later he went to Oakland and Los Angeles with Linda where he opened 2 more arts schools. The most powerful style he has taught, especially his name is Jeet Kune Do or The Way of the Intercepting Fist. Later they also had 2 children named Brandon, born in 1965, and Shannon, born in 1969.

He appeared in a total of 26 episodes in the TV serial The Green Hornet, in which he displayed his acrobatic and fighting style. He also gave guest appearances in TV shows like Ironside and Longsteet.

He also gave his idea in a TV show Kung Fu Salt, but it was done by David Carradine. In 1971, Bruce Lee moved to Hong Kong, leaving Los Angeles.


Some of his box office smash films are - Fists of Fury which was released in late 1971. In The Green Hornet, in which he has shown his ability to win victory well.

In the year 1972, The Chinese Connection film retreated to his previous films, making a big hit in the box office but due to the critical people speaking in America it was a little cold. His biggest Hollywood project was the Enter the Dragon film.

Bruce Lee's death surprised people. The sudden death of such a famous martial arts trainee and superstar gave everyone a worry. He died at the age of 32 before the launch of his film Enter the Dragon on 20 July 1973.

Officialy stated the cause of his death to be a swollen brain, which was caused by a reaction to the pan killer drug. Some people even said that they were murdered.
